Thursday

This morning I did Zuzana's Real Hot Girl wo with a few modifications:).  I added an extra exercise and did 5 rounds to make it a 20 minute workout.  Even with these modifications, this was a very easy workout overall.  I barely broke a sweat or started breathing hard.  Despite the ease of the workout, I liked it and will keep it in mind for a day a need an easy workout.  I enjoyed the 1-leg squat with jump tucks and I have actually gotten pretty good at the pistols (at least in my mind).  I keep thinking my form must be off and I have to be doing something wrong, because recently the pistols have become quite easy for me.  I think I did full pistols throughout this entire wokrout except for the last 2 I tried to do on my right leg (I fell over on one and kind of gave up at the end of the time and didn't get back up for the last one).  And as always, the santana push ups and walk out push ups are some of my favorites.

Repeat the circuit 5 times at intervals of 10/50

1. 1-Leg Squat and Jump tuck
2. Santana Push Up
3. Side Jump and Side Lunge
4. Walk Out Push Ups
