As I was writing up my long list of unposted workouts last night, I was reminded of the decreasing interval format I used and decided to give it a try again. So this morning I set up three new couplets using a few of the newer exercises I found on bodyrock lately and enjoyed. I did get a phone call part way through the first set of couplet exercises so this workout wasn't as intense as it could have been. However, I still found it to be a good workout and had my HR up to 148 at the end.
Couplet 1: 10/40 4xs
1a. Pulsing Snow Boarders
1b. Alternating Side Crunches
Couplet 2: 10/30 5xs
2a. Super Low Oblique Hop Squats
2b. Commando Roll Over Push Ups
Couplet 3: 10/20 6xs
3a. High Knees
3b. TRX Low Rows with 3 hand positions
