Today I repeated a previous workout I did of Melissa's at fitmiss.tv...... Fall Into Fitness. Last time I did this workout I complete 6 rounds to make it a bit longer. Today I decided to add an extra exercise to the circuit and stuck with the original 5 rounds. Below is the workout as I did it:
1. Walk Out Burpees 5
2. Rear Lunge/ 1-Leg Squat Thrusts 5/side
3. Half Burpee w/ alternating Knee to Elbow 5
4. Squat Jumps 10
5. Pistol Squat with Pike Press 3/side
This was still a pretty quick workout, only 15:39. This workout incorporates some unique exercises that make it an enjoyable workout.
