Longer Crazy Bootcamp Workout

Wanted a bit longer workout today so I took an old workout (Crazy Bootcamp Workout), added an exercise, and did a couple extra rounds.  I liked this one before and still like it.  It went by pretty fast, didn't feel too burnt out, but felt well worked out.

7 Exercises, Intervals 10/30, Repeat 6xs

1. Flying Jump Lunges
2. Side Burpees
3. Side Jump Lunges with Touch Down
4. Weighted Squat and Leg Lift
5. Leg Lift and Toe Touch
6. Crazy Bootcamp Exercise
7. Push Up to Alternating Side Bridge Lift
