Well, we are back from our trip to China. It was an experience! I'm not sure how else to describe it. Some was good, some was a bit concerning, but I know that God is in charge and will see us through this adventure that He has brought us to.
While we were traveling, I managed to keep up pretty well with my workouts. Mostly they consisted of running on the treadmill, but I did get in a couple of bodyweight/interval style workouts. Those workouts followed this plan:
3 minutes stationary bike
5 minutes of arm and core 15/45 intervals (5 different exercises)
3 minutes bike
5 minutes of intervals
3 minutes bike
This was a pretty good workout and allowed me to get in a bit of arm and core work that was noticeably missing from my treadmill work.
Today I repeated the interval workout I did right before leaving...... 7 exercises, 10/40 intervals, repeated 3 times each before moving on to the next exercise. This really is a good setup for getting in a quick, yet tough workout if you are looking for that. You can put in tough exercises but they are bearable since the interval isn't too long and each is only repeated 3 times.
