4. Jack Knife with Oblique Twist (used the TRX)
5. Ninja Jump Tucks
6. Tricep Dips
I was sweating like crazy by the end of this workout. Granted, it is hot and sticky here but this seemed like a good workout!
Today I did the Vacation Circuit wo from fitmiss.tv. This was another interval workout of 15/30. There were 6 exercises in the circuit and the circuit was repeated 4 times for a total workout time of 18 minutes. After the circuit workout was done there was an add-on of 25 burpees for time. The exercises in the circuit were:
1. Squat Jumps
2. Push Ups to Side Plank
3. Right Static Lunge Jumps
4. Long Lever to Reach Between (V-crunch)
5. Left Static Lunge Jumps
6. Dive Bombers
Nice workout, not quite as tough as yesterdays. I was surprised at how tough the static lunge jumps were. I actually thought they'd be easier than jump lunges but I think they turned out to be harder since you stay focused on one side instead of switching legs. I was able to complete the 25 burpees at the end in 1:50 and my HR was up to 148 BPM at the end of the workout.
